There may be a queue at the dedicated line for visitors with reservation due to security purpose, however this will be much shorter than at the standard entrance.
On the rare occasion that the summit is closed to the general public for maintenance or safety reasons, this will not affect your guided tour, so no refunds or discounts will be given.

If a storm occurs during the tour and the guide decides that for security reasons it would be safer not to continue the tour, you will be escorted back to the departure point but if this happens no refund will be issued.

Access to the boarding area is provided immediately at the ticket office in Bateaux-Mouches, Pont de l'Alma, Port de la Conférence, 75008 Paris with the reservations emailed 2 to 5 hours before the tour starting time. You can use the cruise tickets whenever it's convenient for you.
