The Doge's Palace guided tour will operate at 09.00am.
The St Marks Basilica guided tour will operate at 11.00am.
The Venice Walking guided tour will operate at 15.30pm.
The walking tour will only operate outside of each attraction and entrance tickets are not included.
Photography is not allowed only inside the Cathedral.
Please wear clothes that cover your shoulders and are knee-length to access St Mark’s Basilica, otherwise you might not be allowed in.
For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Basilica and Palace.
The storage service is free of charge but please allow sufficient time to do so.
Due to recent safety concerns, some lines to enter the Doge's Palace may occur even for skip-the-line ticket holders.

The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide or in case of religious functions (in these cases it can be rearranged or refunded).

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour's start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accommodated.
